Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) is a relatively new airport and as such it is a modern, well-equipped facility, offering a variety of amenities and services.
Passengers will find all the essentials such as banks, ATMs, restaurants and shops plus information desks, ticketing counters and post offices at the airport. Additional facilities include medical rooms dotted strategically throughout the airport.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
A mall located on the third floor of the terminal offers a wide variety of shopping outlets, while other shops including duty-free stores can be found in both the Domestic Departures and International Departures areas.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
Establishments offering a wide variety of both Eastern and Western food can be found in the Greeting Halls of both the International Arrivals and the Domestic Arrivals areas as well as the shopping areas of both the Domestic Departures and International Departures areas.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
ATMs can be found in various locations in the terminal, while a total of four banks offering currency exchange and other services are on hand in various parts of the airport. Two post offices are available and can be found in the Domestic Departures Hall and the Domestic Departures Concourse on the third floor. Regular and international telephones can be found throughout the airport.
Business and Conference Facilities
A small business centre is located between International Arrivals and Domestic Arrivals and it offers services such as overseas telephone calls and fax machine and Internet access. Guests requiring a more comprehensive selection of facilities should contact either the Jinjiang Inn Pudong Airport Hotel (tel: +86 21 6835 3568) or the Ramada Pudong Airport Shanghai Hotel (tel: +86 21 3849 4949), both of which are situated nearby and offer comprehensive business facilities.
Disabled Facilities.
The airport is well equipped with facilities for passengers with special needs. Besides ramps and lifts to aid wheelchair users, there are disabled toilets and TDD telephones in various locations.
